About us

A small team, working with stores everywhere.

Two platforms, full lifecycle — from the first line of code to the maintenance that keeps a store running years later.

D3 IT Solutions is a development studio focused entirely on e-commerce — specifically the Shopify and Shopline ecosystems. We don't spread thin across every platform out there; we go deep on these two, so when something breaks or needs building, we already know the terrain.

Our work covers the full lifecycle of a store: the first line of code on a brand-new theme, the custom app that solves a workflow no template could, and the quiet, ongoing maintenance that keeps a store fast and current long after the launch excitement fades.

We keep the team small on purpose. It means every project gets looked at by someone who actually built it, not passed along a chain of account managers — and it means when you get in touch during office hours, you're talking to someone who knows your store.

How we work

Every project starts with a plain conversation about what the store or app actually needs to do — not a sales pitch. From there, we scope the build, keep you posted as it's developed, test it properly before it goes live, and stay on afterwards for the maintenance that most agencies treat as an afterthought.

Why Shopify and Shopline

Between them, Shopify and Shopline cover most of the markets our clients sell into — from established storefronts to newer stores expanding across Southeast Asia. Specialising in both means we can recommend the platform that actually fits your business, rather than the one we happen to know.

Meet the team

Six people, two platforms. Small enough that the person who builds your store is the person who answers when you write in.

Dilip Mehta

Started D3 IT Solutions after years of building and repairing e-commerce storefronts, on a simple idea: keep the team small enough that the person writing the code is the person you talk to. Handles scoping, platform decisions, and the final review on everything that ships.

What we value

Depth over breadth

Two platforms, properly understood, instead of a dozen half-known ones.

Direct communication

You reach the person doing the work, not a support queue.

Care after launch

A store isn't finished at handover — we stay on to keep it running well.
